1997 CW Cobra - New Member!

I picked this up last weekend in Louisville,KY from the owner of Winning Formula. Crystal White/Black leather, a few tasteful mods to make it more enjoyable to drive over stock, 125k, never seen a dragstrip. Im loving it, I have some future plans like wheels, amber corners, couple boltons and should be a fun car.

Mods so far:

Steeda Springs/ Tokicko Struts
95 Cobra R Wheels
King Cobra Clutch/ Steeda Adjuster

I have smoked amber corners on the way as well as the black bumper letter kit.

My plans are...

4.10 or 4.30 rear end
Tint
Intake/tune
Tires/ Wheels eventually
Steering Wheel (mine is worn)


Hopefully future will include boost!

If you need a new steering wheel, you should find a FR500 wheel. I think they stopped making them but they're tits. Literally, soft as tits. Love mine.

Skip the 4:10's and go for the 4:30's. With 125K you should clean your IMRC's or do you have deletes?

Id assume it still has them, I'm on the fence with the 4.30 bc this car will also be a roadtrip car and don't want to be turning 4grand at 80. I can't seem to find a good answer on what it would be turning, I'm already at almost 3k at 80.

Pop the shifter bezel out and see if the speedcal is one stuffed under there.

Ill have to do that, its not with me right now. I asked a guy on SVTP what he was turning with his 4.30 in his SN Cobra and he said 2800-2900 so I thought it was weird that I was turning that already.
