1997 GT Convertible Troubles

So I have a 97 GT convertible and I’ve been trying to get it to work since I got it back in July. We’ve replaced the convertible switch hoping that would work, but it doesn’t. I replaced the relays and that didn’t help. The OEM relays don’t have a cover over them so I can push the sides together and the top will move up and down just fine. The E-brake light doesn’t come on when I pull it though. If anyone can help or needs further explanation then I’m willing to help. The driver side also sags a bit but I want the top to work first.

The emergency brake may be your problem. It might be interlocked with the top switch. Find the switch on the ebrake that is supposed to turn on the light and see if it is good.
