2000 V6 keeps fouling plugs on No. 1 cylinder

Ok, I recently had a major backfiring issue, and eventual loss of spark on No. 1 cylinder.

I replaced the plug, and everything was fine.

After about 3 or 4 days of use, CEL came on, and by the next day it was backfiring again, eventually dying on No. 1 cyl again.

I put another plug in to get me to and from work on Friday. Today, it started backfiring again.

Need some suggestions here.

Got a stuck injector? Try swapping injectors with a different cylinder, see if the problem follows it.....

Listened to No. 1 injector with a screwdriver and it's chattering away.

I'm going to seafoam the engine tomorrow - I've noticed a lot of 3.8s having issues with valves sticking.
