look up the year and engine etc. and then youll come to a screen witht teh different engines and such, and it should have the VIN in there...

Im fairly certain its a Romeo...its interchangeable with the Crown Vic from 2001 and I believe those are romeos as well..
Maybe someone else konws for sure??
the "w" is in the valley under the intake manifold and under the timing cover. also in my experience the oil filling neck is on the passenger side for windsor.
Are you sure? Cause my 8th character is an "X" and my 10th character is a "W". And my oil filler tube is on the driver's side.
Google is our friend... I looked up what the vins on '94 and up Mustangs mean. 8th digit is engine type, 10th digit is year of vehicle and 11th digit is the plant where it was built.
