How do you get the front to be blurred and the back to be infocus? ive been working on my for moving shots and on the "sports" setting and its tough to get it right?.... I have a ton of pics from NMRA and none came out tihs good

lower the aperture as far as you can go, (your kit lens goes down to 3.5 in the widest angle and 5.6 zoomed in all the way).
