Darn, I thought it was an entirely different one! I'm used to being wrong though. Thanks!!

A guy who worked with my cousin races a Maverick! It has a stroked 302, so a 347, I guess. I kind of forgot its times though! 5.? in the 1/8th is all I know! He is all motor, too! No bottle and still wins a lot.

Is it you can buy that motor that has already been stroked, maybe? If so, that is why I thought it was different!

a 347, and a 331 are both 302 based engines, same with a 306, 308 and 310... the 347, and 331 are stroked. normally get a .030 bore, clean out the cylinders some... you can buy 331 and 347 short, or longblocks from just about anywhere...
