351w heads

i have a set of 351w heads laying around and was wondering how much better they are then the e7 heads? are they worth porting and polishing or would that be just a waste of time and money?

Waste.

edit-The old DC0E's arnt bad. But they require too much work to be worth it. Other than those, and lightning 351 GT40s, the regular 351 heads arnt worth having.

The heads will have to be sleeved to fit a 7/16" bolt as well.

Couldn't you use ARP headwashers or stepped headbolts IIRC ARP makes them.

As posted above, unless they are the D0OE castings, they arent much different than your stock heads.
