There's a guy on a local mustang forum that is selling a 351w short block for $300.00. But is was wondering if it would fit in a 94 gt and is anybody running a 351 w and if so can you post pics

Yea you just need swap headers diff oil pan some other stuff but lots of guys run 351w based motors in sn95's

it'll fit but it will require some new parts, lower intake manifold, headers and I think the distributor to name a couple things.

I'm pretty sure in most cases you're going to need some sort of cowl hood. Otherwise you may be cutting out the bottom part of the stock hood, even then I"m not sure it'll fit. If you want to keep the stock hood buy the smallest upper intake you can find and hope for the best.

drop motor mounts and a small intake should make it work but honestly why try. your spending all the money on the swap, you might as well get a different hood too.
