Ok just wondering for those that have 4.10's what speed and rpm do you cruise at on the highway? I try and keep the rpms close to 2,000-2,300 over long periods of time. The only complaint about the 4.10's is I don't really cruise at 70 anymore, but I guess they keep me from getting speeding tickets.

not quite sure dude, shoot i'm going with some 4.30's or maybe some 4.10's . But i understand with a supercharger why you would want to keep the revs down. For that kinda rpm though i would think the 3.73's are what your looking for. Some one correct me if i'm wrong. thanks

I have had the 4.10's for awhile now and love them. The boost doesn't come on with the rpms if you are easy on the gas so the supercharger isn't really an issue. I was just curious to see what some of you cruise at on the highway with steeper gears?

That is what I wanted to see if I was just trying to be to safe on my motor by keeping the rpms down around 2. Sometimes I'll want to run with a car that is doing 70-75 and I don't want to worry about the rpms staying for to long. Seems like some of you guys keep them pretty high.

4.6 can rev high and take it.. it's meant for rpms, so give it rpms lol i cruise between 65-80 depending on where and when.. at 80 i'm pretty much at 3k or something close

Back in the day, no one had overdrive, and eveeryone still went 70 lol. Of course odometer's only went to 100k then for some reason...

Seriously, it needs to be a compromise, unless you swing for the fences with a T56. Do a fair amount of freeway driving, like 50 miles or more in a day, I would go with a 3.73 for longevity sake.
