4.6l 2v cylinder walls

I have a 4.6l 2v block and after ball honing the cylinders it revealed some weird looking spots. Is it something to be worried about?

Wipe it out really good with clean paper towels and brake cleaner. Make sure it’s clean and see if they are still there.

Can you only see them or can you feel them? It could be stains.

Hard to see but possibly chattering of the hone or low spots. Maybe you just need to hit again.
