4.6L sohc fuel pressure?

So I just finished installing an Edelbrock victor jr. intake on the mustang (pi swapped heads) and it starts up but as soon as it goes into closed loop, it goes full lean. I'm wondering what Ford fuel pressure should read with no vacuum on it and with vacuum line attached. I think it's 45psi but I've never found the spec for it. I'm thinking I either have the wrong fuel pressure or just crappy fuel (9 months old) I'm trying to think through this issue. Other stats on the build are the EGR is deleted. Valve covers are vented to atmosphere. Any help is appreciated.

After searching a while on prodemand, it says 30-45psi. I also figured out my lean issues. #7 injector connector was not fully clipped in and my plug wires were not on the proper posts. On the waste spark coils, I thought I could use either coil pack for either of the matching cylinders but I found the diagram and by-golly it works when things are setup properly!
