Really though.. Do you know the root cause?

From what he was telling me, yes. Allegedly the rocker arm was just laying in the valley under the valve cover. ‍♂️

So as long as there is no other damage he can just fix that, adjust the valves then we should be okay.

You would think paying for a sealed FRPP crate motor you could avoid issues like a blown apart camshaft and then a fallen rocker arm. Ford had it for the blown camshaft so you would think that they would go over everything. Obviously not, to Ford.

Finally got it back! I was disappointed with the numbers but there’s a lot left to work with. Made 400rwhp which I thought was low for a rated 535hp crate. However it is fun as hell to drive.

I think if I have the valves adjusted and dialed in, new intake or ported polished to match the heads, I would hope the numbers would match the rated numbers.

I also blew out the one rear tire slightly on my test drive. I must of picked up a nail. When I was doing multiple burnouts it must of threw it and leaked out before I could even pay for the work.
