Throw Out Bearing gave out, Need help with parts.

Either replace that bearing retainer or give it a good polish. Preferably replace it, it is definitely going to be scratched up from that.

I checked and it has some wear marks on it but no grooves or anything. I polished it a bit and it's now nice and smooth. The new parts are now on it and it moves smoothly

Meanwhile new flywheel and clutch and pilot bearing are also on. Rear main seal, rear main seal retainer have also been replaced.

What kind of gasketing is sealing that rear main plate? Is it a bonded rubber thing or a squeeze tube? Did you surgically clean all the oil residue in that area before sealing it?

For the bearing tube inside the BH, as long as it's concentrically straight and smooth, it's good. Those T-45 and similar transmissions have that pressed-in tube unlike the older ones and so it's on the owner's best interest to check for straightness but I suppose if the fork assembly actuates smoothly then all is well.

I did my research right and it's a high temp capable and oil resistant gasket maker that is sealing the RMS housing. There is also a thin film on the bottom where the rms housing meets the oil pan gasket.
Yes I cleaned everything and gently scrubbed the surfaces while covering up the crankshaft housing/oil pan.

Given the damage that the TOB had, I had no assumption to think that the bearing tube was bent in any way. The TOB had it's ball bearing casing come apart. It wasn't stuck, nor was it damaged on the part that was on the bearing tube.

I just took pictures occasionally. I took the first picture when I got all the parts off. I didn't take one after I cleaned it all

That's good because I've seen plenty of people squeeze gasket maker onto a surface they thought was clean but any amount of oil residue will effectively kill a gasket.

The car has been put back together and she's running nicely! Thanks everyone for your help and a big thanks to Cobrajeff96 for the parts.

Dissasembling the car didn't go smoothly, but we got there in the end. F*#! That top starter bolt and the stock headers whoever designed that should not be designing cars anymore.... But it's done now. Car is running fantastic. No more TOB screeching/grinding, no more squeeky clutch pedal.

I’m glad to hear. When I did my clutch job, I ended up getting a defective clutch (fingers were slightly uneven), and just went with it. Such a shame so many parts today are such a sorry excuse of a replacement.
