Not sure if there is a thread but, I was wondering a good company for buying a built 4r70w

I want it to be able to hold over 500hp, have a hard intermediate shaft, have a stall (maybe 3000, I'm going turboed) and has a shift kit already installed.

I saw TCI and am going to call them for a price but if any others y'all recommend please reply

for my stall i went with Darrin over at BC-Auto and for my tranny I went to a buddy of my dads who lives in PA. Only charged me $1200 and thats for a completely rebuilt tranny capable of holding 600rwhp/600tq and a custom shift kit.

Unfortunately I don't have a hookup. I have to buy one already built.

And bro you need to hit me up on AIM blown.

It's been forever.

I was thinking... Summit has the 4r70w for 1000 bucks, i could get a stall from TCI for 800ish then get a hard intermediate shaft for 160

Then take it to a local shop and get the parts installed then i swap in the trans.

I've heard a good feedback on the Lentec Trannies.
They're beefed up and well built, but You will pay for them.

That's a good price blown97.
do you know what parts were changed/upgraded?

If not dealing with JR on here i would definitely go with BC-Automotive. Darrin is top notch! He will be doing my work most likely.

yeah i HIGHLY recommend going through Darrin for atleast the converter.

I'm at school, but I have a whole list of parts that were changed out for upgrades. all i remember is a stronger input shaft obviously and something about Sun gears or something like that???
