My engine is stock with only an O/R H-Pipe and 40 series flows. I was curious as to will 4v or 3v heads fit firectly on the npi block? If so what all needs to be done to make it work and around what are the power gains? I've been looking online for a while on if this is possible but I can find anything, maybe I'm just looking in the wrong spots i dont know. Also I have a question about the PI intake swap, I read something about it needing to be shaved or something in a one another, whats the deal with that? I thought you just needed gaskets and some good ol rtv. Which gaskets do you need I've read some saying NPI gaskets and some saying PI gaskets. I'm looking to do the intake and cams soon since I've recently discovered that MHS has the PI cams on their ebay store for like $68 shipped.

4v heads will fit on the NPI block, however we have a few difference wich will cause trouble. 3 valve heads will not because of the oil gallies needed for the VVT

Call Nick tell him Duffy from Modular Misfits sent you, and he will take care of you !!

Nick is from MHS? Can you answer my question about which gasket is needed for the pi intake swap because I've read some people saying the npi gasket and some saying the pi gasket. Also what is the shaving or whatever needed to be done to the intake for it to work? I was on MMR's website and saw they have their own brand of heads, are those just ported PI head or are they actually their own heads that they make? I saw for the stage 3 heads it adds about 55hp, but is that 55hp over stock npi or stock pi?
