5 speed conversion

Ok im planning on switching out my 95 gt's AODE for a t5. I know I need the flywheel, clutch, pedal assembly, bellhousing, shifter. I was wondering what else ill need for the swap. Also can u go thru the computer and turn off the auto trans for the t5 or do you have to get a manual computer

You need a 5 speed computer and It has to be a t-5 from sn95 or you have to fabricate a lil bit. (the input shaft is longer on the sn95s)

You can have the factory computer changed with a chip.

And you'll need either a driveshaft from a manual trans car, or you can change the yoke out on your auto driveshaft

Yeah. In buying one from one of my buddys from his body unless I can find a sn95 t5. I think some.company makes a adapter for the shorter input shaft but not 100% sure. That's just what I've heard

yeah that's what I thought. See I have a chip already and the guy that tuned my car changed shift points and everything so I figured I could take it back to him to get the auto tranny function turned off
