I highly doubt it will fit. the 5.0 is wider than a 4.9 DOHC engine.

I thought the new 5.0 was a hair more narrow then the 4.6 dohc

I've seen a Coyote swapped into a 94-98, their is barely enough room for the a/c line that runs down the passenger side between the strut towers and the heads.

AC? who is thinking about that with a motor that sexy I like the idea of big Cube SOHC its truley were hese engines shine compaired to the DOHC where they are better with boost and not N/A... I would convert for one of these for sure..

That 600+ HP motor that whooped all the hemi's in nascar back in the day, before it was good 'ol boy politic'ed out? Yeah I've always wanted one of those for a stang. They need to make a newer one in the form of some kind of crate motor. I think it would fit the SN95 cause its only SOHC. Maybe.
