87-93 T5 in 95?

Wondering if anybody had ever put an 87-93 T5 into their 94-95 mustang GT? Turns out a 95 T5 is a PITA to find!!!

It will not bolt right in. You can swap I input shafts from the two trannies assuming that you have a good one from the 94-95 tranny. The 94-95s are 5/8" shorter than the fox body's input shafts so either swap the shafts OR get a fox body bell housing, clutch fork, and (if you're going to do headers), headers from a fox body b/c the clutch fork is in a different location.

thanks yeah i called and gound out all the info got to have bell housing new pilot bearing and driveshaft spacer

So i am going to try to do the same thing this weekend on my 94. I bought a 91 t5 and the guy told me that they are the same thing. So what do i have to do to get it to work in my 94 just swap the input shafts?

just swap out the input shafts and it'll bolt in.
