94/95 gauge cluster

Has anyone ever removed one of these and installed and wired them into a different era of car...Can u make all the guages work without the ECM. Im doing a 5.0 Swap into my 2003 and was wondering if i could make this work?

no. the guages get the signal from the ECM. and the 94/95 being OBD1 and the 03 is OBD2. the cluster isn't compatable.
If you put a 4.6 than maybe.
you might be able to get to work if you find the wiring diagrams and repin the 5.0 cluster.

not sure why you would want to really, the temp/oil pressure are really just dummy gauges that show on/off and little more. Install your own in their place and they would actually be usefull, and probably alot easier as well.
