i have a 94 cobra that i need some advice for anyone with comments or exp with that model please help

i spun a rod bearing do i really have to rebuild the motor

yes it would require you pulling the bottom end apart so yes !!!

Depends on a lot of factors! Are you going to buy stock replacement parts or high performance, are you going to hone the block or bore it 30 over, what company are you looking at buying parts from. You will have to give some more info to get an accurate quote.
