Before you get heads, pick your cam. Then, choose the proper spring rate for that cam. This way you can get the heads assembled with the right springs for your cam. Then, you'll need an adjustable push rod to measure proper length once you have the cam in, and heads bolted up. My vote goes to AFR 185's, and a cam with low overlap but good lift. Good luck.
