96-98 tail light swap

i have a 95 gt , and i wanna keep my tail lights but also would like a 96-98 set, will they work with the 95 light harness ?

No they don't fit in properly in the light sockets go to the wrecker and get a set of harness plugs

I went with the 96-98 light swap and decided to just get the sequential kit while I was at it, so if you are looking to do sequentials as well, just pick them up off of americanmuscle. Get the plug and play ones as well just alot easier to deal with. The wiring on them is alittle tight but it'll work after you work the slack wiring through to the connector side.

I'll be doing this as well soon. My horizontal tails are shot . I bought a set of 96-98 tail light harnesses on ebay for like 25 bucks used.

Use 96-98 tails with 96-98 harness & they plug right into the factory connector. I did it on my 94Gt and it worked great...
