Today I am selling my 96 mustang GT. I am joining the marines and would like to get a new edge so i'm selling. I bought the car in last september as my first car, being an autoshop student I took it in to the shop the next day and did a tranny/oil/coolant/brake fluid change, I also changed the headlight bulbs, foglight bulbs and did a few other things. I bought the car stock, it had 180XXX on the body and 130XXX on the motor. I did a pi swap and put in 02' GT heads and cams, a brand new ford racing intake with aluminum crossover, the 02' valve covers, 02 breather hose and cross over hose. at the same time I also put in a lokar flexible dipstick and a UPR X pipe in front of some flowmasters 40's. I replaced all the spark plugs with motercraft platinum when I did the swap. I just put new tires on in january (continental extremes 245 front 275 back). car has the american muscle "black" Cool air intake. steering rack lines were replaced a few days ago when I started getting a small leak from one of the hoses. ball joints were replaced three months ago. and I installed cobra headlights.
Interior was repainted shortly after I bought the car with an exact match black paint. brakes were cleaned and painted red, and they have little black running ponies on them.
I have taken VERY good care of the car, it was repainted two years ago. I wash it once a week, waxed/polished and detailed every other week. usually if i see its dusty/dirty, I use some detail spray and wipe it down. It is garage kept. oil is changed every 3000 miles with mobil 1 synthetic, and a K&N filter.
The car runs very smooth, and sounds very great. it is a head turner! I get many compliments on it and people can really tell I care for this car.
the car hit into a pole in a parking lot with one of the original owner, and the front passanger side panel was replaced, so this claim does show up on the carfax. also, the old owner was sideswipped shortly after the car was repainted, so it has a few scratched and a small dent above the back driver tire.
I put 10" leman stripes on it a few months back, the vinyl was bought from american muscle.
