My favorite whell that came out on a mustang were the 98 gt rims. They just are I dunno they just do it for me. Does anyone have pics of someone with black 98GT rims.? I just picked some up from a guy for almost nothing and I'm thinking of spraying them black just to be different but I haven't been able to find any pics online. what do you think>

Unless the finish is messed up, I personally like them as is. Funny I've had mine off for several years, just remounted them with DRs in the rear for track duty and have to admit I really like them back on there - especially the 275/40 Nitto DRs on the rears. They look fat without having that overstuffed look. Should look great on your car either stock or painted black!

the finish on the rims I got doesn't pop like those but they clean up well. Your car looks freakin sick. I like the chin too.

Hey Stangbangin. I've got a set of the silver 98 wheels I'll sell ya if you're interested. Sure they're silver, but you could probably have them professionally painted black for pretty cheap. I like em, but I'd rather go with the bullets, or cobra r's. Let me know if you're interested and maybe we can work something out.

I actually have a set of 98's already but thanx for the offer. I actually do all my own paint work. My pops was a bodyman for 20 years and is an awesome painter so he showed me a thing or two. This saves me the cost of labor and I can use the high dollar materials.

Thanks for the props. Maybe try to photoshop them in black with a side shot of your stang to get a rough idea?
