The factory lines are usually hard to find and sometimes can be a **** to route. You can make ur own lines for cheap. If that's actual fuel line hose and fuel line hose clamps because both are different it shouldn't fail. I know it's ghetto but it should work.

It's connected now with just a 3/8 hose and two hose clamps, I'd like to make it a lot safer..... I was thinking steel braided lines so my diff cover doesn't break it again

so, you can get hard-line with AN fittings on the ends and splice in AN system, but thats pricey for that little peice you want to replace.

Is that line that uses the black plastic one then the hose slides over it.. Kind of like a sleeve.. Or was it a quick disconnect fitting...

Edit: just saw that it broke.this I'd what I did on a fox. Get some EFI
Line. The Goodyear EFI blue line is good.. Out comes with the plastic liner inside . Get a heat gun hear up the liner and slide it in the hard line. When it cools it will shrink and be on there.. So the same on the other side using the fitting..

It's a metal and plastic line, in different parts, the part the split was near the elbow, I just want it to be safe and reliable

I had a very similar problem with my car recently.

Hard to tell from the picture, but it that the feed/return line setup from the tank that needs replaced? Should have the feed going to the filter and the return straight to the hardline return.

Reason I ask, is because if it is, I've got a perfect condition one from my 98 cobra that you can have if you pay for shipping.

Will that mess with the percentage of fuel goin through? Like would it decrease it?

Not as much of a decrease as when your current hose ruptures.

Hoses are sized by nominal inner diameter. Your flow would not be noticeably restricted over your current fix.

The EFI hose he's talking about + the EFI hose clamps I mentioned are probably the best (most secure) temporary fix. The EFI hose "liner" is designed to hold up to the higher pressure of fuel injection. The black rubber hose around it is usually reinforced w/ spiral cord and serves as cushion/protection/reinforcement/strain relief.

I emailed you pictures. Pasting them here as well just in case you don't get my email. My email is strange sometimes. Anyway.
Like I said though, to help a fellow member out, pay for shipping and the one you need or both if you want are yours.
