ive heard of a method where you loosen all of your bleeder screws and leave it for 24 hrs and they say it should all be bled the next day any one ever done this?

i may give this a try so what about the bleeders on the mc? there are 2 of them and what do i do if there is air in the abs system?

If there is air in the ABS module you have to take it to a dealee as there is a special procedure to bleed the abs module.

I thought you could get something that plugs into the OBDII that can unlock/open the whole ABS system. I know my buddy has one for the 05+ cars because he used it on my 14.

Then you just bleed as usual.

The few times we had to so it when i worked for Ford, it seemed way more involved than that, but, that was 15 years ago, so my memory may be off.

It might be. I know he has something that can plug in and open up that whole brain though. Or, just delete ABS. Better :)

Yea we used the WGS or whatever it was called to do something... i could of sworn it went through some sort of powered bleed procedure where the abs motor would pulse the lines or something... cant remember though.

I agree, delete the ABS. Speaking of which, anyone remember the metric thread sizes? Im to cheap to buy the $120+ delete block. Lol

so i have the brakes bled there is still some air some where because the pedal still feels very soft but ill figure it out but i havent washed this thing in 6 months it was over due here it alittle pic i snapped while doing it

finally got my led bulbs in i love it but my gauges are still off im thinking about getting some aftermarket ones and running a cluster with the extra pods in it
