I still think its the module itself. Its a common problem. I pulled mine and sent it to some guy on ebay who rebuilds them, reinstalled it myself and all has been good since then. Might as well have the new one installed since you have it but 200 bucks is a little steep. Its not that hard to do yourself so if you have the tools and can do it yourself I recommend going that route.
