ABS Light

So its winter time and I always forget. But anyway when I drive my car, when its first started after resting all night my ABS light is on and when I press the brake hard enough it just pumps really bad. Anyway I can drive it for like 5 mins, shut off the car and restart it and everything is fine.... Why does it do this? Also my ebrake light also comes on now..

Ill recheck it. At first it seemed to be the problem, but then after I filled it and the light went off I thought everything was ok. Well a week later BAM.... Light again...

Mine comes on sometimes too, lately its doing it again. I was told the ABS sensor on the rear wheels will sometimes collect debris like a magnet and set off the light. Im not sure if thats the problem or not though.
