Hey guys, I know this thread was on here before the switch to the new look but it got deleted in transfer i believe. Anyway, is there any truth to what I'm hearing about there being some company making or will be making real aftermarket heads for the 2v? I'm just wandering b/c I've noticed Trickflow has put a real interest in parts for the 2v... I was looking through summit and noticed a whole new string of stuff like intake, cams, timing components... just no heads yet. Any ideas?

Yeah, TrickFlow is making some 2v heads. Stock for stock I believe they outflow 4v's, but don't quote me on that. I'll dig up some more info for you.

I read that Trickflow's dyno queen mustang made over 400rwhp with these heads... I also read they would be out this year, and as far as I know PI cams are just fine. Not sure why you would want to run stock PI cams in such pricey high performance heads though. There is a huge thread on Modularfords. Be prepared to read, its one long thread http://www.modularfords.com/forums/showthread.php?t=121612

when i said pi cams i ment all the cams not just stockers. I would probable run trickflow cams but i still like the vt/cush cams. I guess I'll be looking at getting these heads/intake/cams :)

Yes, they don't require custom made cams as far as that goes. However, I read in the thread that there really isn't any cams available yet that will work that well with these heads. A couple companies are working on custom grinds to see what they can get out of them.
