alarming clunking noise??

Just had new tires put on a few days ago, now I have this alarming clunking noise from the rear driver side whenever i go over bumps or the road is even a little rocky. Really hard to describe it but it sounds like my trunk is open or something? Im thinking possibly UCA or LCA maybe? I have no clue what the noise is, any help is appreciated.

My guess would be the rubber bumper above the rear springs. Sometimes it comes out of place when the car is on the lift and you have shorter springs than stock.
