I am bottoming out on everything, even the slightest driveway inclines. The car is a 96 gt vert and has sportlines (on it when i bought it) which I have had on other mustangs and never had this problem. The car has bbk shorties and a bbk catted x pipe. I have read the bbk x pipe has caused some bottoming issues on other cars and I was just wondering what to do? I like the drop and am thinking an or/x might help clearance. I don't know if the previous owner re installed the isos and might just buy new ones but would hate to spend the money if I am eventually going to have to get new springs to remedy the problem. I am building the car to be a fun daily driver and not being able to go to many places because of bottoming out while entering a parking lot is kiling me.

I had Long Tube headers on my 1988 GT I left a gas station that had a huge lip and my Headers got caught almost causing me to high center the car..

Better buy some good dampers. Those eibachs have such low rates which gives such a soft ride.
The downside is what you're experiencing now. That is why I pulled them off my cobra.

I havn't checked but I think the shocks/struts are either stock or stock replacements. I havn't been driving it very much because theres no c/c plates and I don't want to mess up the tires so suspension and alignment components are on the list of immediate mods before i start driving it daily. It looks like the cats are lower than normal, theres only about an inch and a half from the cat to the pavement. I am going to get the c/c plates and a bumpsteer kit this week but if I am going to replace the springs I want to do it all at once.
