Am i gonna have to pull the engine?

this may or may not be a stupid question, but whenever i put the tbird m90 blower setup in my car, am i gonna have to pull the engine? the only real reason i can think of is for the intercooler tubing, but i feel like i'd be able to maneuver around it.
