Wow a site just for sn95's... i had to instantly join! just thought i'd make a thread to share a few pics of my 98 sixer. can't wait to look around, already seems to be some really nice cars on here. she's always a WIP (work in progress) so i'm not done with her yet...
yes the windows are tinted... i'll eventually go with somethin darker/illegal, lol. they were tinted by a previous owner. And the exhaust is a custom h followed by spin tech pro streets, then dumped thanks for the props guys edit: pic of the exhaust... actually it was just recently installed
they're a little loud... but sound pretty good on the ole six imo. not as good as an exhaust on a v8 but hey, gotta work with what you've got. They are probably too loud for most, and have a bit of drone, and the car is my dd so eventually it might get to me. I've got a few more mods in mind though that might affect the tone slightly so we'll see. and brad i dunno, haven't made any purchases yet, i need to get this summer session out of the way so i can get back to working on the car.
oh ok...do you know any one with a pacesetter exhaust adapter? im lookin into getting one for my car, so i can put a get catback on the car
any competent exhaust shop should be able to fab up whatever you want. Even with a pacesetter adapter you have to cut and weld on to the y pipe. Just buy mufflers and some SS tips or whatever you want for the rear and take it to a local shop. Just call around and get some quotes. edit: My entire setup set me back about $350... that's less than just about any catback you can get, then you've got to get the ps adapter, and have everything installed. You'll be looking at a a lot more than if you just have a shop make everything for ya. good luck with whatever you go with
yep, they are dante design's bullitt replica... i also have cobra center caps but i prefer the cone to any other. some people don't like them, some people think they look great. btw did u get a pm from me? i tried to send one, but being a newb and all i don't know if it got sent, it must not have, cause i have nothing in my outbox
I HAVE to know where you got those centercaps.. I love the look. Reminds of of the torq thrust II's..
