Any ideas ???? Help with electrical connection

Hey guys i found this when i dropped my fuel tank. Well ford no longer makes this part and the ford parts dept can' find it anywhere in the USA any ideas what i could do. This is the Fuel pump feed jumper wire assembly.

I have been calling but alot of them say they just trash everything under there since they have to get rid of fluids and the gas tank obviously is one of them. Sorry i was trying to get the detail of what the problem was
