Any tricks?

I have a 97 g.t with 30lb imjectors and a mac o/r x pipe. Just wondering if anyone had any cheap or free small tunes or tricks they wanted to share?

All you have done is larger injectors and an x pipe? Tuning requires the purchase of tuning equipment (moates quarterhorse, SCT, etc) Most mods cost money. I dont think theres any free power adders really.

get some gears. they wont give any hp but will make it feel alot faster

driver mod always help haha jkjk but u have a npi 4.6 might as well just save your money and do a pi head swap. just my .02 cent

The plan is already to get the sct tuner, pi heads, cold air, maf calibrator, maybe gears but i cant decide on what ratio, and eventually a supercharger. But all I was wanting to know if there was just something simple. Thanks for the tips, keep up the suggestions or if you have any advice please feel free

pull out the air silencer and throw on an intake.

your easiest thing is pretty much the PI swap, and its not that easy lol.

1)sell your car and buy a PI car. lol

2)learn how to wrench and do a pi swap

3)other than gears, I would say to not spend a dime and save all your money for a used blower kit or something.

You wont make any power with bolt ons, dont waste your $$$

a vortech blower kit and PI intake and you can make a lot of power

the air silencer is a small piece of rubber inside the fender that people like to take off in the idea that they will be able to more more air. Its not all that.........
