I love my vert, but I love the look of a coupe....so why not have both? :santa_cheesy: Anybody have pics?
I remember reading in my manual that these were actually produced. I think it was 96 only dont remember...it was only produced for a little bit but who over owns its really rare.
only 499 of them were produced in 95, the car itself im sure is worth alot of money, im not sure where you can actually get the hardtop from, i know someone makes them aftermarket
you wont be able to get one of the originals, but there are companies that make them, i remember seeing an ad for one in the back of MM&FF...but it was on a New Edge and looked like POO..
there was already a thread about this, hopefully you can get some more info from it :santa_afro: http://www.sn95forums.com/forum/index.php?topic=5083.msg68508#msg68508
Mother of god I need one of those.... Someone said they only work with 95s who were set up for it? :lame:
the aftermarket hardtops look like complete ass. The factory ones look awesome. the window on the back of the aftermarket ones is like 1x3 feet.
A friend of mine has owned 2. I'm not sure how much of a variety there was on these, but his were both 95s, both black, and both had tan leather. He totalled the first one only because I wasn't there to tell him not to drive that night........... :nonono:
here is a link to one but it looks like but, i would rather have my reg vert top rather than that. http://www.smoothline.com/index.php
Quick bump... They WERE only manufactured in 95. I believe they made 499 or so. The hardtop is just as rare as a normal convertible in 95 they only made 504 regular vert Cobras. So it's like 499-VS.-504 :santa_cheesy: Also, ALL 95 Cobras were black with Saddle leather Anyway, I present to you... The cleanest removable hardtop Cobra ever...
