Anyone else have this problem with BBK?

Man you've had really crappy luck. In all fairness to BBK they can't offer free replacement on their parts indefinitely, but it's true the TB should not have broken. The part that gets me was their response, that would piss me off even more than the broken product.

Seems like you can go two ways. Either take them up on their offer for a discounted replacement, which seems pretty reasonable if their quality now is indeed better, or tell them to fuck off and stop buying BBK parts. Also might not hurt to send them the link to this thread to show the word is out.

always had goodluck with bbk myself.back in 89 the owner sold me some stuff he had tested only and things worked great.any part or product can go bad your in the buis. so im sure it cost you a great deal moor to stay on phone-comp. just to get one under warrenty if its out of warrenty to start with.but I might be missing something i always do
