just got back from the shop with the receipt for my order. The shop could not be any cooler, the guy I worked with kinda reminded me of the owner in the show "fast and loud" but he had the long beard. He use to work for ride-tech and has been installing air-ride for almsot 20 yrs now. AFter telling him what I was wanting he suggested going with a more traditional air-bag/spring system rather then the shockwave. This way I can get a nice set of adjustable struts and it will give me a little more tunability to the ride/handling and also if one of the two parts fails I will not need to replace both. This also works out well as I will be using a granatelli rear control arm set I got used a while back in the back now rather then the strong-arm pieces that the shockwave came with. The strong-arms were nice for the easy integration of the shockwave set but the granatelli looks like a stronger piece to me. Another advantage to this set up is that it is cheaper. With the money saved I might just upgrade the front control arms to match just to have less to worry about later on.

I also opted for the automatic leveling system, should be cool... He said it could be here as early as monay/tuesday. Pics will come when it arrives.

need to find some nice adjustable struts now. Any advice there would be greatly appreciated as I know less about suspension then I do motors which is scary....

dunno as so far all I have ordered was the tank/electronics/valves that I will be installing. Once that is done I am going to be having them finish up mounting the bags and running the lines for it. Be happy to give you a total when its all done but I am plannin for around $5k with the automatic leveling feature installed as well and some nice adjustable struts. The only reason I can really justify the price is because when you never plan on selling the car suddenly there really isn't any $$$ lost to in resale.
