Hi, If anyone knows the weight of the 4.6L 4V B-Heads minus the valve covers and exhaust manifold I would really appreciate it. I'm just kind of using it for reference. I have the heads off already, but just haven't had a chance to throw them on the scale yet. Thanks!

Is that both heads or just one? That's a lot of weight; oh well 4v ftw.

OP, post pics of your car asap! It looks menacing in the little avatar picture! How are those UPR coil overs?

Thanks man! The UPR are ok... The bushings on the top are kinda iffy though. Ive heard you can remove them, tighten them and put a thread locker on them and it helps a lot. Heres a pic for you! I love the car! Well actually heres 3!

Very nice car! I love that color! That's not common at all; never seen an sn95 Cobra in that color. I've heard about the UPR bushings, might be able to switch those out. Not positive though. They definitely make your car sit real nice.

Thanks! I might be upgrading to MM's soon though. Im getting a set of used MM's rear coilovers with panhard bar and might pick up the MM's front coilovers and camber plates as well. The UPR is great for what I paid but I would like to focus my car on more of a Auto-X suspension setup. I have a 01 GT rear end with 3.73's as well that will be thrown in once I tear it down, clean it up, and paint it. Its a super fun car, and gets lots of looks so I'm happy with it!

Skip the 3.73 and go with 4.10 or higher. What was the original color of the car?

The car isnt a true 96 cobra. It has a 95 shell with all the cobra parts. The real cobra was black and was a total loss so I swapped it over to the 95 shell. The color is Opal Frost and was a stock color optioned in 94-95 only if i remember right. They never offered a cobra in this color though.
