I have never understood the attraction to tweed.... Doesn't really look all that great and it not all that comfortable either.

well I havent seen it on a mustang but here is a picture of a camaro I got a while back it was done in the 90s lol

look at those seats and tell me they scream for you to strip off yer clothes and hop in naked..... If you don't want to sit in them naked the girls will not want to either.

its basically a colored burlap, like a potato sack.... Look at the camaro, it was popular late 80's in the mini-truckin and hot rods.

because its cheaper then leather, and vinyl I think and it can cover alot of mistakes when they put it all over the dash the way they like too. It was a popular fad for some time so I am not suprised that some people still like it but IMO the look and the feel of it could not be much worse.
Cheap, easy to use and period correct for many looking to build something they saw or had 30-40 years ago.
