i agree... absolute max at 30, simply due to the color and milage. it also depends on location.

id see it sell at 25,000 (MAX) around denver. a high milage gray one sold here in denver for $16,000.00

Down here the price doesn't seem TOO BAD...I think around $30K would be more logical. There are still regular Cobra's going for $22-$23K. I'm sure he's asking $40k because there are a lot of low ballers out there...And if he were to ask the right price, they would try and go lower. lol

Mystichrome or not, i would be very surprised if he gets any more than $22k for that car right now, selling it to anyone that has the slightest clue of the value of these cars. Hell, if it wasn't for the paint, he'd be lucky to see $17-$18k for it with this market.
