Are these wheels a good deal???

one of my buddies had a 95 mustang gt that he had been tryin to sell for a while and didnt have much luck...about 2 weeks ago he came across a good deal on 4 18x9 and 18x10 black saleens with tires on them for 700$ he decided he would buy them and put them on his since he didnt think he was gonna sell it anytime soon. but then he found a buyer last week and sold his car right then and there and was left with these black saleens and doesnt want them anymore...the wheels are in excellent condition and the tires on the front have a lot of tread left while the tires on the rear maybe have a season or two left. i really want these wheels but does 700$ sound like a good deal? should i offer less?

Wow some friend trying to low ball your buddy knowing he doesn't have the car anymore

$700 isn't bad if all are in good shape with name brand tires. Offer him $500 hahaha

the tires are michelin...and all the wheels are in excellent shape (almost perfect...a very tiny amount of curb rash in one spot on the front left wheel and thats it)

haha yeah i just bought the wheels today for 700. yeah there was no way i was gonna let him lose money since he bought em for 700 cause i felt bad that he sold his car. he misses it alot and once he saw the wheels on my car today he got so jealous and wanted his mustang back with the saleens on em lol...but he was happy he didnt lose any money out of them so its all good. and they look sooooooo good on my car! i just recently got some smoked black headlights so the new headlights really set off the black saleens on a yellow car...ITS AMAZING!!!
