Really! what I read said 17, but that was on new transmissions/convertors.
the older one's probably are higher like that, the convertor is probably less efficient?

You ran 13.9 with O/R H and Flowmasters and timing? Anything else thats pretty damn good.

the newer convertors are more efficient than they used to be, as mentioned above.
so, like I said, it's preferance.
