idoubt he will see 300, but right now he should be very very close to 285.
with the longtubes and dyno tune he should, the 99 and 01's were in the 320rwhp range with the same boltons he has ( and I had ) so with the slightly less hp rating that the pre 99 4valves had 300rwhp should be a given for him.
My question tho man is what mods that i have would do anything to my a/f ratio? The only mods i have that do anything really is the JLT and i have never heard of any mustang other than the newer mustangs having to be retuned after an aftermarket intake. Do u think that since i got my motor rebuilt it might have thrown something off?

You have the JLT coldair and thats a HUGE CAI intake so your getting extra air there, and you have a mid pipe and catback so your getting extra air out. Its not off much but I guarantee its off enough that with a tune your going to pick up some hp and tq.
