Some of you know I'm kinda overseeing the restoration of my friend's 65 Coupe. I recently bought new tires for it. I took it earlier today to be put on. It ran fine for me like 2 miles to this place. I dropped it off & they said it'd be :45. I got home & realized I didn't have a clue to what time I was told that! I went back to see. While going, I noticed it wasn't where I parked it. Still had on its @ least 14 year old tires. The guy said the battery was dead, couldn't get it started. I bought it on 12/17/09 from O'Reillys. Cheapo, but still new. I took it back & they now don't just give you a replacement like they used to. Now hook it up to a :45 test. As soon as the kid said this, I knew it would come back saying the battery was good! Sure enough, it came back OK.

Here's my ?, I'm going to go back to it ion my 95 tom. If that battery doesn't not work, I can just use my Optima on it, right? My battery is great, I'm thinking I can. Please say this idea was a good one. Thanks!!

Why not just put the charged battery back on it? It is clearly a good battery. But yes you can use the optima

Already the places with a charger are closed til Monday. Because I am so car dumb, really don't know anything til my mechanic is back Monday. I'd like to get those tires on & get it back to my house. If I need to run the 65 back, remove the battery to get my 95, I guess I can. Yeah, don't really know what to do. Thanks!!
