just curious. why do you have to have a cut off switch when you relocate your battery to the trunk?

a cut off is only necessary at the track if its in the trunk. it disconnects ALL electrical power.

if you crash or roll or start on fire it cuts off your electric fuel pump and everything else.

how would you run a cut off for a dual battery setup???

batteries would have to be wired in serise (like old xmastree lights so when one bulb battery si turned off all power is cut)

and i one on a 197 this fall and we used the trunk key hole in the mustang logo for the shut off wocked out good but had to fiddle with the size of the cylinder hole inteh mustang logo
