For my birthday (the 8th) my buddy got me a mach grille delete and a header panel (not shown but mine was cracked) then I finally went ahead and bought the MGW shifter after hearing so much about it.

It's the sex.

On the way is a mach knob and the little trim bezel thing.

Today we made a thing to go around the shifter with felt and foam, since I couldn't get the shift boot to work. Plus I wanted to stare at that handle while I drive.

It matches my new orange rockers :D

Anyways, heres some pics, don't make fun of the damage, got new bumpers in the front room lol

Is that a MGW 05+ handle? I didn't think that 05+ shift knobs fit the thread pattern for the 94-04 cars?

I <3 the S197 shift knob. I will be putting one in my 67, guaranteed... unless I make my own outta wood. Which could happen.

Also, because you know it's coming, pleassseee strip those painted pieces in your interior! Your car's exterior is starting to look pretty damn good but those pieces are tacky. Its not the color so much as the fact that they're not painted well. Sometimes some color can be pulled off in our interiors but it has to have at least an OEM professional apperance if you know what I mean. Not flaming, just some creative critiquing.

Yea the grill looks better and the interior stuff is not somethin I would do but that color with black interior actually doesn't look that bad.

I am working on getting factory black pieces little by litte. Got black door panels out of a 94 with the leather inserts and stuff, much better than mine that were painted black from grey (previous owner, not me)

Also got all the stuff in the back.

The shift knob I got in a car show for like $20 and have had it for quite some time. It's the normal thread pattern.

The 05+ have a little lip on the bottom for the boot to fit around, this one doesn't :)

Still got the mach knob just to see how I like it.

I appreciate the comments guys! :)
