Being reminded of when my car got hit with hail

Every time I walk to my car I am being reminded that it was hit with hail previously. Not bad but if you guys remember it got hit in a couple spots. Here's one spot that I hate seeing every day...

If anyone has an extra cowl that you'd like to sell or maybe trade off for something let me know. I need to replace it before it cracks all the way across

Mine cracked when my hood flew up and I picked up a nice one at the boneyard for like $10 or $15.....I have my old one that is in better shape than yours but its got a small crack in the vent holes.....I'll post a pic when I get home if you're interested

int eh mean time i suggest taking it off (pulling the wiper arms off, removing the plastic portion under the hood which is like 3 bolts, and pulling straight up on it) and duct-taping the bottom so it doesnt completely shatter...

And there are carbon fiber versions on the market, if you want one of those.

I got the hook ups thanks to my brother, instead of going through the insurance company I took the money and kept it and my brother's friend is hooking me up with a deal only going to charge me $300 to remove the 3 dents cause by the hail 2 on the roof and 1 on the trunk. Insurance quoted me $1800 in damages and you bet your ass I took the money when I can have it done for $300 and saved me my $500 deductible.
