belt sqeek on car

when i start the car up in the morning the belt sqeeks tell it gets warm , ive sprayed the cpr belt stuff on but still makes that dam sound . it drives me crazy. the belts only got 6000 miles on it, so its like new . any thoughts . thanks gil

i really dont think its that, when i did spray the crp stuff on the belt it does go away when it gets warm. i had my mechanic look the the belt tenioner he said it was fine.. hell i dont know , lol

You checked the belt of course, i'd take the belt off and check all the pulleys are moving ok, if its not the tensioner, something must be causing it.

see if where you bought the belt will give you a warranty. if not then a new belt shouldn't be too much.
