best bi-xenon hid kit

ok guys im thinking about looking 4 some HIDs. i kno there are alot of posts about this but i cudnt find a straight 4ward name or nething. what do you guys think is the best HID kit with both high and lo beams? thanks

bi-xenons are usless without a projector. if youre going to use your stock housings, dont waste your money on a dual-beam kit.

I don't think anybody can actually say which kit is the best because nobody has tried every kit available. Like ARdoller said the bi-xenon kit doesn't really work too well in the stock housings, the difference is slight. I got the bi-xenon's so i wouldn't have an issue passing inspections...

^^^ thats why i went with the bi, just in case i get pulled over. Mine won't pass inspection with any hid in NJ so i'd unhook them before i went through.
